Secret files about Subhash Chandra Bose have been leaked
The government of the Indian state of West Bengal has released 64 secret files related to the life of Subhash Chandra Bose, the founder of the Independent Indian Army.
However, it is not yet clear whether these files will solve the mystery of his death.
Subhash Chandra Bose was a revolutionary leader and was associated with the Congress party for a long time during the Indian independence movement. He was also elected party president.
But he was in favor of an armed struggle to overthrow British imperialism for which Mahatma Gandhi and the top leadership of the Congress were not ready.
It was because of these differences that he chose a different path, escaped from British captivity, and knocked on the doors of Germany and Japan in his struggle. He later formed the Independent Indian Army.
He is said to have died in a plane crash in Taiwan in 1945, but his family and many historians are unwilling to admit it. That is why there is still debate about when and under what circumstances he died.
Several commissions of inquiry have been set up to end the debate, but no clear conclusions have been reached.
As long as there is a debate on when and under what circumstances he died
It was against this backdrop that the West Bengal government announced the release of all the secret files in its custody.
These files contain about 12,000 pages. But it is unlikely that they contained any concrete information to determine if they were actually on the plane at the time of the crash.
His relatives have long demanded that the federal government also release the secret files it has about Subhash Chandra Bose.
When the BJP was in the opposition, it also supported the demand. But now he says releasing the files could affect India’s relations with some countries.
Those who believe that Subhash Chandra Bose did not die in Taiwan believe that he was either imprisoned in Russia or went into hiding to escape the Allied forces.
Many believe that he returned to India after independence and spent the rest of his life as a sadhu.
Captain of Subhash Chandra Bose’s army died
Freedom fighter and Captain of the Independent Indian Army Abbas Ali died of a heart attack at the age of 22.
On Saturday, he breathed his last at Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College in Aligarh.
Abbas Ali’s son and former BBC correspondent Qurban Ali said he was buried after evening prayers on Saturday evening.
Captain Abbas Ali was born in 1922 in Bulandshahr district of Uttar Pradesh.
Abbas Ali joined the British Army in 1939, but in 1945, at the request of Subhash Chandra Bose, he left the British Army and joined the Independent Indian Army.
He was later arrested and court-martialled and sentenced to death.
Due to India’s independence in 1947, his sentence could not be carried out and he was released.
Public kissing, new style of protest
You may have heard the story of ‘Kiss of Love’ in India, young boys and girls are kissing on the streets to send a message to Hindu religious extremists that they should be tolerated by ‘moral policing’. No, they want to live their life their way.
This style of messaging is also unique. Most of the protesters are young students and those who stop them are those who believe that the country’s civilization is being destroyed by Western methods.
Maybe the easiest way is to keep kissing those who have to kiss, keep trying to stop those who have to stop, and keep watching those who are spectators.
Just keep a little distance from each other because this debate will never end with the words’ Oh, now I understand what you mean, your position was right, I was wrong, now I have never met a girl in my life. If I walk with him, I will not even look up at him.
Or, ‘Brother, go around with the one you want to hang out with, what about us, your life is yours, congratulations to you. We can’t hold your finger all the time and drive you. We have to do politics, we will find another issue … ‘
Let’s go to pakistan
You may recall that a BJP leader in Bihar advised those who objected to Narendra Modi’s politics and leadership to go to Pakistan. Then came the news that a large sum of money had been stolen from his house, and Gree Raj Kishore had to explain that the money did not belong to him but to his cousin. Now he has been included in the Federal Council of Ministers by Narendra Modi.
But thankfully he has not been given the responsibility to establish relations with Pakistan. Opponents of Narendra Modi must have breathed a sigh of relief. He must have been worried that Gree Raj Singh would not start following his advice after becoming a minister.
But if anyone had this concern, it was for no reason. Gree Raj Singh also has to do politics, not the business of transport. They will also find another issue if needed.
Vote only for BJP?
And today, as the old saying goes, you will remember that when Narendra Modi was the Chief Minister of Gujarat, he passed a bill in the Assembly to make voting compulsory for every citizen in the local body elections. There was a suggestion.
But at the time, the state governor refused to sign the bill. Now the governors have changed, and the bill has become law. It is unknown at this time what he will do after leaving the post.
But democratic rights activists must have breathed a sigh of relief because only voting has been made mandatory, there is no mention in the new law of who to vote for.
